WALK NOTES
A poor day for weather conditions as we had rain wind and cloud. We were originally going to walk up Great Gable but decided against it and chose to ascend Green Gable instead. Views from Windy Gap were quite good for a short spell. Ironically the weather improved as we left the Wasdale valley in the afternoon. I certainly want to ascend Great Gable via Napes Needle from Wasdale Head one day.
